Personalize it yourself! You will receive the design with perfectly a sized upper and lowercase (on this design lowercase is a smaller uppercase) alphabet to add the family name (an extra lowercase a,e,l,n,r,s,t are included). Includes both the Homestead and Farm wording. Each letter is on a 5.5" tall stencil and thoughtfully designed so all you have to do is line them up, temporarily tape them together with masking tape and then stencil.
